We've been using Marshall Oil for over 20 years and have always been delighted with their services and professionalism. Their employees are consistently pleasant, knowledgeable and skilled. Yes, we could probably buy cheaper oil elsewhere but we are willing to pay a little extra for Marshall's quality of service and reliability. On the few occasions that we have had an issue with the furnace, A/C or thermostats, they've responded quickly and efficiently (and in all weathers).
Our family has been customers of this company for three generations. Now and then we have received suggestions about changing to suppliers with cheaper oil. Now and then there have been, indeed, places with cheaper oil . What the other places did not have is the extraordinary commitment to service. Time of day, time of the year, Marshall will take care of you, pleasantly, competently, and thoroughly. The people coming have families, holidays, times off. They still came. We cannot recommend them strongly enough.
